North Georgia storms bring straight-line winds, hail, and falling limbs. Damage is often invisible from the driveway — a lifted shingle tab or a bruised mat may not leak for months, and by then the interior damage has already started.
What we inspect after a storm
- Shingle surface for creasing, tearing, bruising, and granule loss
- Ridge caps and hip lines, which fail first in high wind
- Flashings, pipe boots, vents, and other penetrations
- Soft metals — gutters, downspouts, vent hoods — for hail impact
- Siding, windows, and trim for impact damage
- Attic and interior for evidence of water entry
Documentation you can use
You receive dated photos and written findings describing the damage observed. That record is useful whether you file an insurance claim, plan repairs on your own schedule, or need to report condition to a property owner or board.
We do not determine insurance coverage and we do not promise a claim outcome. What we provide is an accurate, thorough assessment of the physical condition of your roof and exterior.
Commercial and multifamily storm response
Property managers and facility teams can call (678) 852-2799 for multi-building storm assessments across a portfolio, with building-by-building documentation. See property management exterior services.
Common questions
How soon should I get a roof inspected after a storm?
As soon as it is safe. Wind and hail damage often does not leak immediately, and insurance carriers apply time limits for reporting storm claims. An early inspection creates a dated record of the condition.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
We document the damage thoroughly with photos and written findings and can meet your adjuster on site. The claim itself is between you and your insurance carrier — we do not make coverage determinations or guarantee any claim outcome.
What does hail damage look like on an asphalt roof?
Random circular bruises with granule loss, exposed mat, dented soft metals such as vents and gutter aprons, and spatter marks on painted surfaces. Much of it is difficult to see from the ground.
